Terms of service

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the SUB Solution platform at app.subsolution.in, its website and related services (together, the “Platform”), operated by SUB Solution, 401, Pooja Complex, Veer Savarkar Block, Shakarpur, Delhi 110092 (“SUB Solution”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account or booking a shipment you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. What we do

SUB Solution is a technology platform that aggregates courier services. We let you compare, book, track and pay for shipments carried by independent courier partners, and we reconcile cash-on-delivery (COD) collected by those couriers. We are not a courier or carrier ourselves; the physical carriage of each shipment is performed by the courier partner you (or the Platform, on your instruction) select.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
  • You must give accurate business and contact details, including a valid GSTIN where you claim input tax credit, and keep them up to date.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account and the user accounts you create for your team, and for keeping passwords confidential.
  • We may verify your identity and business documents (KYC) before enabling bookings, COD or higher limits, and may suspend an account that fails verification.

3. Prepaid wallet

  • Shipping is charged from a prepaid wallet held in Indian Rupees. You add money to the wallet through the payment methods we offer (such as Razorpay, CCAvenue or UPI).
  • The wallet is not a bank account or a payment instrument, earns no interest and cannot be transferred to another account. It may be used only to pay for services on the Platform.
  • Before a booking we check that the wallet balance covers the quoted charge. The shipping charge is debited after the courier has accepted the booking; if the booking fails, nothing is debited.
  • Top-ups are subject to our Refund & cancellation policy.

4. Charges and taxes

  • The quoted charge is based on the declared weight, dimensions, pickup and delivery pincodes, payment mode and the service selected, and includes GST at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise.
  • For COD shipments, the shipping charge and any COD fee are debited from the wallet at booking; the COD amount collected from the recipient is remitted to you separately (see section 6).
  • Additional charges may apply for return-to-origin (RTO), re-attempts, address changes, oversized parcels or other services requested or caused by the shipment, as shown in your rate card.

5. Weight disputes and re-rating

Couriers may re-weigh and re-measure parcels. The chargeable weight is the higher of the actual and the volumetric weight. If the courier’s figure differs from what you declared, the shipment is re-rated against the same rate card and the difference is debited from or credited to your wallet.

You may dispute a revision within 7 days of it appearing in your account by providing evidence such as photos of the packed parcel on a scale with dimensions visible. We will raise the dispute with the courier; the courier’s decision on the dispute is final as between us and the courier, and any amount it accepts is credited to your wallet.

6. Cash on delivery

  • COD amounts are collected by the courier, reported to us and reconciled against delivered shipments before being released to you, normally on a T+1 cycle from the date we receive the courier’s remittance.
  • We may hold back or adjust a remittance for amounts you owe us (including unpaid charges, RTO charges or a negative wallet balance), for shipments under investigation, or where the courier has not remitted the funds to us.
  • We are not liable for COD amounts that a courier fails to collect or remit, but we will pursue the courier on your behalf and pass on whatever is recovered.

7. Prohibited and restricted items

You must not ship anything that is illegal to possess or transport in India or that the selected courier refuses to carry, including:

  • Arms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks and their parts
  • Narcotics, psychotropic substances and prescription drugs without valid documentation
  • Hazardous, flammable, corrosive, radioactive or compressed materials, including loose lithium batteries
  • Currency, bullion, negotiable instruments and lottery tickets
  • Live animals, animal products banned under Indian law, and perishable goods unless the service supports them
  • Counterfeit, pirated or obscene goods, and anything infringing another person’s rights

8. Your responsibilities

  • Pack shipments securely and label them correctly; declare contents, value, weight and dimensions truthfully.
  • Provide the invoices, e-way bills and other documents the law or the courier requires.
  • Hand shipments over at the scheduled pickup, and make sure recipients’ details are accurate.
  • Comply with applicable laws, including the GST, consumer protection and data protection laws, in your dealings with your customers.

9. Liability

  • Claims for loss of or damage to a shipment are handled under the courier partner’s terms and liability limits, which are passed through to you. We will file and follow up the claim with the courier and credit any amount it pays.
  • Delivery times shown are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, business or goodwill.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a shipment is limited to the shipping charge you paid for that shipment.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, ships prohibited items, attempts fraud or has unpaid dues. You may close your account at any time. On closure, any positive wallet balance that is refundable under the Refund & cancellation policy is returned after outstanding charges and pending COD reconciliations are settled.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after the change means you accept it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute resolution process agreed in writing, the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
