Why we built SUB Solution

Shipping in India usually means a tab for every courier portal, a spreadsheet for rates, another for COD, and a month-end scramble to work out why the numbers don’t match. Hours go into rate-shopping one site at a time; remittances arrive late and don’t line up with deliveries.

We built SUB Solution to replace that with one panel. AI picks the right courier for each pincode, parcels are re-priced when couriers re-weigh them, and every rupee of cash-on-delivery is chased back to the shipper.

We are based in Delhi and work with brands, sellers and logistics teams across the country — from a single outlet booking a few parcels a day to finance teams reconciling COD across every courier.
